Self-Harm Support Group for Middle School Girls
When: Wednesdays in February (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th)
Time: 5p-6p
Where: Liberty Mental Health Trenton (Downstairs Suite 101)
Cost: $180 for 4 - 60-minute sessions
Who: Middle School Girls (and female identifying)
Led By: Avery Lewis, LLPC
Objectives:
- Explore and process thoughts and feelings related to self-harm.
- Learn coping skills and mental skills to grow emotionally.
- Reduce self-harm thoughts and behaviors.
- Teach and educate regarding mental health and self-harm.
Spiritual Abuse/Deconstruction Group Therapy for Adults
Are you navigating a spiritual journey that feels overwhelming, confusing, or isolating? Whether you are questioning long held beliefs, healing from spiritual trauma, or seeking clarity and connection, this group is here to support you.
When: Wednesdays in March (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th)
Time: 6-730 PM
Where: Liberty Mental Health Trenton (Downstairs Suite 101)
Cost: $45 per session (drop in format without having to commit to all sessions)
Who: Adults 18+ who identify with spiritual abuse/confusion/deconstruction/faith and religious related conflicts
Led by: Jaime Mills, LPC
Objectives
- A safe space to explore, question, reflect, relate, and heal
- Tools to process doubts, grief, shame, and emotional impacts of spiritual shifts
- Support from others on similar journeys
- Guided discussions on topics such as identity, faith, community, beliefs, and healing
