At Liberty Mental Health, we provide compassionate counseling to help you navigate life's challenges. Our professional services include child therapy, individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, substance use counseling, and other mental health support. Our licensed therapists are ready to connect with you.
Helping individuals attain liberty and freedom from the feelings, mindsets, behaviors, and situations that are holding them back from the life and peace they desire.
Our practice is therapist owned, and all of our therapists are from the communities we serve. Our licensed counselors use research and evidence-based interventions during therapy, while also going at your pace to ensure your comfort and confidence in the process.
Counseling can serve a variety of purposes, from addressing deep-seated trauma or severe anxiety, to exploring the pros and cons of an important decision coming up.
Anxious thoughts, depression, past/present trauma, daily stress, grief, self-esteem, decision making, or just feeling off or stuck in life, can all be topics discussed during your psychotherapy sessions.
