My name is Jaime! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with teenagers and adults from any background, who are going through various mental health challenges. 

Deciding to try therapy for the first time or restarting with a new therapist can be challenging and intimidating.  I will go at your pace and comfort level especially at the beginning of the counseling relationship. To feel comfortable sharing personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences even to a licensed therapist can take time. I want to provide that space to build trust in order to see real change and growth in your life.
