 Hey there, I’m Amber!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I work with teens (16+) and adults navigating many challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, and substance abuse. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully seen and heard, exactly as you are.

I believe that healing looks different for everyone, which is why I use a personalized, integrative approach tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from techniques like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and somatic therapy, I will help you build insight, develop coping skills, and reconnect with your inner strength.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you there and walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and the best version of yourself. You don’t have to do this alone. I look forward to meeting you!
