Genuine Care and Long-Lasting Change Begin Here
Genuine Care and Long-Lasting Change Begin Here
I believe therapy is about creating a space where you can be honest and vulnerable about the parts of your life that feel uncomfortable, complicated, or difficult to understand on your own.
I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, intimacy and sexuality, body image, self-esteem, and major life transitions. I particularly enjoy helping clients better understand themselves and their relationships while developing healthier communication, boundaries, and connection.
I work with both women and men and have a special interest in the ways relationships, sexuality, body image, and identity can change throughout different stages of life-including the transition into parenthood.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I don't believe therapy is about telling you what you should do. Instead, I aim to help you understand yourself more deeply, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and clarify what you truly want so that you can move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
I am also pursuing certification in sex therapy, with a particular interest in helping individuals and couples develop healthier, more fulfilling intimate relationships. I believe that intimacy and sexuality are important parts of overall well-being and can be deeply affected by life transitions, relationship dynamics, body image, parenthood, and changes in identity.
I look forward to meeting you and working with you soon!
