Genuine Care and Long-Lasting Change Begin Here
Genuine Care and Long-Lasting Change Begin Here
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. I work with adults ages 18 and up and earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2015. My clinical experience includes working in substance abuse rehabilitation, community mental health, and private practice settings.
I have supported clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, grief and bereavement, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, and postpartum depression and anxiety.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques, including meditation and behavioral activation. Through CBT, we explore how patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors may be contributing to distress, helping you develop more balanced and effective ways of thinking and responding. Mindfulness-based practices can help increase awareness, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen emotional regulation. All of my work is grounded in trauma-informed care, with thoughtful consideration of how past and present experiences may impact your overall well-being.
My goal is to create a warm, trusting, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe showing up as your authentic self. I take a collaborative and empathetic approach, working with you to better understand underlying challenges and develop a personalized path toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we will build insight and practical coping strategies tailored to your unique needs.
I look forward to getting to know you!
