Do you often find yourself engaging in negative self-talk, struggling with emotional regulation and reactivity, or attempting to avoid your emotions altogether? Maybe you have difficulty effectively communicating with others and it’s beginning to cause issues in your relationships. These difficulties you experience aren’t an indicator that you are
fatally flawed, they’re likely a response to chronic stress or trauma.
As a counselor at Liberty Mental Health, I have spent my career assisting teens and adults through recovery of trauma and emotional burnout. I take a trauma-informed and mindfulness-based approach to therapy, meaning we will process past experiences while focusing on staying in the present moment and continuing to move forward.
In addition to helping clients heal from stress and trauma, I also work with those who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and grief, as well as features of ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity. I aspire to continue to grow my knowledge base to assist clients through a myriad of mental health challenges. Together, we will
