Angie spickler, counseling intern

I am currently finishing my last year as a graduate student at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. I am pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During my time as a student, I have gained experience treating individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. I have a special interest in couples counseling and perinatal mental health.

I believe one of my strengths as a counselor in training is my ability to build rapport and create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. I approach every client with a deep sense of curiosity about their unique life experiences.
