Hello!

     My name is Kari. I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Professional

School Counselor with a Masters in School Counseling from John’s Hopkins University. I am

the mom of four teenage children! I am also a certified fitness instructor/trainer for over 20

years.

     Life is full of blessings and challenges. We all have a story. I’d love to hear yours! I have always

known that I wanted to help people. Sometimes we need a person not directly connected to

our life situations to help listen and/or guide us through our journey. I am a strong believer that
