Hello!

My name is Paige Hall. At this time, I am available to work with teens and adults of all genders, though I have primarily worked with young adult women and non-binary individuals. Most of my experience lies in helping clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma, but I am always seeking to expand my knowledge base to assist clients through a myriad of mental health challenges. 

I take a person-centered, mindfulness-based approach to therapy, but you can expect your sessions with me to be personalized to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will create a treatment plan that best serves you and the life that you aspire to live. Regardless of your path, you deserve kindness, warmth, and a helping hand when you’re feeling stuck. I’m excited to have the opportunity to lend that helping hand to you.
